How I do this ✨ I will help a client identify any organizational solutions or training needs through in-depth conversation and data analysis. I will then develop content based on this analysis, utilizing instructional design models such as ADDIE, Gagne, Action Mapping, and Bloom's Taxonomy. I will execute the delivery of this instruction as well using the medium that is best for learners and stakeholders. Consistent and thorough engagement and application are key!

How I got here ✨ After 10 years of teaching in the public school system, I realized that I wanted to deepen my skills as an instructional designer. I enjoy creating challenging but engaging learning materials and lessons and I welcome the challenge of applying these to corporate organizational needs. I am looking forward to helping future clients with their instructional design development.
